A woman with fifty years of bad luck wrapped in twenty-five years of physical damage, Tara was once a formidable wall with a supernatural ability to take every hit the world was willing to throw at her, a talent she used exclusively for the sake of others alongside the love of her life, Larissa. It seemed that reality had finally caught up with her, however, when a forest fire left her a broken down widow, her bones cracking now that there was no longer a soul left in her beating heart.

Now, a year later, the former invincible tank is left learning how to fight with a body that can't hold itself together, cane in hand, as she realizes that she still has loose ends to tie up. Even if she wishes nothing more than to hide in the corner of her apartment and never move again, the same urge she gets to help the world around her only ever seems to grow stronger...

Unique to her, Tara gets access to three different stances, each using different equipment:

Two-Handed Stance

The original fighting style Tara knew, as taught to her by a man only known as The Legendary Wrestler. A powerful wrestling style focused on heavy palm strikes and swift grappling techniques, it has the downside of requiring Tara to put a great deal of pressure on her bad leg. It's no wonder why she hurts so much...

Critical Skill
The Legendary Wrestler

Using the full weight of her palms, Tara's attacks deal 2x damage, but can never land more than one attack at a time. Cannot wear gloves, but wrist tape is highly effective.

HIGH-ANGLE GERMAN
MED WP - MED DMG - MED HIT

A german suplex landing the opponent directly onto their neck.
This move has a high crit rate.
LOW WP - LOW DMG - ∞ HIT
SNAP DDT

A wrestling move that drives the top of the enemy's head into the ground.
Too fast for the opponent to react to, this move never misses.
CALF CRUSHER
MED WP - LOW DMG - LOW HIT

A leg-locked submission hold that can easily injure an opponent's calf.
When applied, the opponent's speed is drastically reduced.
One-Handed Stance

With a cane in one hand and a knife in the other, this stance moves quickly and swipes lazily. While no single slash is expected to do much damage, the large open wounds they cause are sure to cause quite the damage in the long run. Wonder who it was that taught her how to fight like this, though...

Critical Skill
The Perverted Blade

Deal 0.8x damage, but have double the chance to activate a light weapon's secondary effects.

SUPPORT - MED WP
FASTER, FASTER

A quick roll out of the way of enemies.
Can be used to move Tara two tiles forward, then one tile to the side.
MAX ENDURANCE
MED WP - ??? DMG - MED HIT

Enters a state which allows Tara to live one deadly hit and counterattack.
The counter always deals 1.5x the deadly hit.
HIGH WP - HIGH DMG - MED HIT
DEFINITIVE FINALE

A hyper-precise, deadly strike using all of Tara's power.
Deals very high damage, but cannot crit or activate secondary effects.
No-Handed Stance

Using all of her willpower and might to try and get support items out of her bag, Tara is left with no way to fend for herself in the name of helping her friends out mid-fight. Swear to god, those meds had to be in here somewhere...

The Bumbling Fool

Gain access to Olizura™, a questionably-legal sublingual caffeine which allows Tara to give her allies extra turns in battle.

Well, she's already trudging in the bag, she might as well help everyone.
Uses a support item on the three tiles ahead of her, for up to three allies.
SUPPORT - LOW HEAL - MED WP

Apparently, people feel happy when praised. Wild stuff.
Uses a support item on the ally, then raises their WP.
SECRET WEAPONRY

Finally, Tara has found a use for the novelty club she carries around.
Uses a support item on an ally, then enters a counterattack state.
